The Eat Right Challenge competition has been started all over India with the objective of developing and strengthening the food safety ecosystem by the Food Safety Standards Authority of India, New Delhi. In this, Dhar district has also been nominated, under the same competition, Mohankheda pilgrimage site and Jain pilgrimage site at Mandav have been selected for providing "Safe Bhog Certificate". In this sequence, on October 19, the audit and inspection of the dining hall and kitchen of Mohankheda pilgrimage site was done by the auditor, Shri Ravi Kaushal, the Food Safety Officer of Dhar district and Shri Shailesh Kumar Gupta, authorized by the Food Safety Standards Authority of India. It was told by Ravi Kaushal that the arrangement of Mohankheda pilgrimage is of high standard and in addition to this, the shortcomings have been told by the auditor to the managers of the Mohankheda pilgrimage site, which efforts will be made to remove them soon. The Food Safety Standards Authority of New Delhi will provide a Safe Bhog Certificate to the Mohankheda pilgrimage site.
